Pupil and later Associate of the late Justice of Appeal M. Karthigesu from 1977 to 1980. Partner of Netto Low & Partners from July 1981 to March 1982. Partner of Prakash Gurbani & Chong from April 1982 to May 1989. Founding Partner of the firm in June 1989. Became a Consultant on 1 November 2012.

Handles shipping commercial and insurance litigation and arbitration, both as Counsel and as Arbitrator.
