R. Govin 葛斌主任在 Gurbani & Co 成立之初就加入了律所，并最终成为律所一把手主任。葛斌主任与其新加坡国立大学法学院同班同学洪仰东律师（律所副主任）共同带领一支敬业的律师团队高效服务于广大客户群体。 Gurbani & Co 办公室位于新加坡繁忙的CBD商业区莱佛士坊，其专业领域不断发展，坚定致力于提供优质的法律服务，保质保量。经过36年精心经营，律所已发展成为新加坡中型律师事务所之⼀，连同其印度尼西亚分所，我们团队总共有三十几位律师和法律从业人员。

律师团队的建设对任何一家律所的发展至关重要。我们一直致力于律师团队的建设，从前年聘请上海海事大学学霸本科第一名兼新加坡国立大学法学硕士，到现在有数名非常优秀的法大法学士兼新加坡国立大学法学硕士，我们的律师团队日益壮大。为了更好服务中国客户在东南亚的项目，Gurbani & Co 有多名新加坡律师，多名有中国律师资格的法务，多名马来西亚的律师和多名印尼律师。近期，有位中国律师将加入本所成为新加坡注册中国律师，长期在我们新加坡总所服务广大中企在东南亚的法律事务。

我们经常协助中国企业出海到东南亚各地投资、落地。这方面葛斌主任从实习律师到一把手律所主任到过东南亚无数的地域扣船、打官司、参与非诉工作，与众多东南亚律所建立了长期合作伙伴关系，其中包括泰国，越南，菲律宾和南亚印度和孟加拉的律所。另外，葛斌主任特别擅长处理新加坡高院和上诉院的案子，36年来处理过数百起案件，经常和新加坡高级律师过招，胜出率很高，很多他处理的法院案例成为新加坡的判例法，被众多新加坡法律专业书籍摘录其中。

洪仰东副主任是原新加坡国际仲裁中心秘书长（1998-2004年），卸任后在上海国际律所工作了13年（2004-2016年），专职处理涉及中国、香港、新加坡、东南亚、南亚、中东和伦敦的国际商事仲裁案件和新加坡法院禁制令、承认与执行外国仲裁裁决、外国法院判决的申请和执行。在多起国际仲裁案件中担任仲裁代理人、仲裁员。代理客户在新仲、港仲、贸仲、伦敦海仲处理案件，为多起港仲，新仲和贸仲双语仲裁案件担任首席仲裁员，独任仲裁员或仲裁员（边裁）。除了争议解决之外，洪仰东副主任也对投资移民、成立家办、信托、合资公司、董事法人职责、股东纠纷、房地产、产品责任、担保保函、知识产权、债务追偿等其他公司法务事宜提供法律咨询服务并担任多家中资企业新加坡分支机构常年法律顾问。对于公司拟香港、上海、北京、深圳上市，借贷和并购项目提供相关新加坡公司尽职调查法律意见书等。
